Hard Hats for Little Heads

  • Get Moving. Stay Safe. Wear a Helmet.

TMA physicians want children to be active — and safe. So get out and ride a bike. And be sure you wear your helmet. To give the best protection, your helmet must fit properly. Review TMA’s new, easy-to-follow video (also available in Spanish) that shows how to properly fit a bike helmet on a child's head. As emergency physician Evan Meyer, MD, says in the video, "Think 2, V, 1!" Once you’re buckled up, get out and ride!
