The TMA Policy Compendium is a searchable database of official Texas Medical Association policy as passed by the TMA House of Delegates.
The policies of the Texas Medical Association as adopted by the House of Delegates provide internal guidance for TMA’s advocacy efforts. TMA policies do not necessarily reflect the current state of the law. There may be instances where TMA policy supports advocacy aimed at changing current laws, or where policy was enacted to support then-current laws that were subsequently changed.
