Wellness First

  • Your wellness matters – to you, your family, your colleagues, and your patients.

Wellness, by definition, is an active state, or the pursuit of health and well-being across multiple dimensions (social, spiritual, mental/emotional, physical, and more). Wellness is a lifelong journey – to seek balance amid the ever-changing curveballs life can throw.

TMA offers a menu of resources to help you actively put your Wellness First. Check back often for new additions to the Wellness First program.
