The Texas Medical Association is moving to a new email platform. Please help us ensure TMA emails arrive in your inbox and not in your spam folder.
We will switch from the InFormz platform to HubSpot on Feb. 11. If you don’t see Texas Medicine Today or other emails from TMA (tmainfo@texmed.org) in your inbox, please follow the steps below to ensure you receive them, and check your spam folder to ensure they didn’t get marked as spam. We want you to get the most out of your member benefits. You can help, too, by opening emails from TMA on Feb. 13 and beyond.
Steps to follow:
- Add tmainfo@texmed.org to your email address book.
- If you find any TMA emails in spam, move them to the inbox.
- For company emails:
- Please request that IT add texmed.org to its allowlist.
- Please request that IT also add these HubSpot IP addresses to its allowlist:

You also can contact the TMA Knowledge Center at (800) 880-7955 or knowledge@texmed.org for help in receiving Texas Medicine Today and other email communications.
