How to Whitelist TMA

The Texas Medical Association has moved to a new email platform. Please help us ensure TMA emails arrive in your inbox and not in your spam folder. 

The Texas Medical Association provides physicians with professional tools and resources. Please see below for steps to follow to ensure Texas Medical Association emails are whitelisted at your organization/institution. 

Steps to follow:

  • Add tmainfo@texmed.org to your email address book.
  • If you find any TMA emails in spam, move them to the inbox.
  • For company emails:
    • Please request that IT add texmed.org to its allowlist.
    • Please request that IT also add these HubSpot IP addresses to its allowlist:
