The Ask the Expert session kicks off on Sept. 17 at noon CT. Physicians use the Policies and Procedures guide to develop and customize policies and forms that apply to their practice, and also as a reference on HIPAA compliance. Explaining how to use it will be presenters Heather Bettridge, TMA associate vice president of practice management services; Sheri Williams, TMA associate vice president of human resources; and attorney Jeff Drummond, partner at Jackson Walker LLP.
