The Texas Medical Association (TMA) reelected Gregory M. Fuller, MD, secretary/treasurer of the association in April 2026 during TexMed, TMA’s annual conference. The office carries a three-year term on the TMA Board of Trustees. He was first elected TMA’s secretary/treasurer in 2023.
“I appreciate the vote of confidence from my fellow physicians and look forward to serving them,” Dr. Fuller said after initially being elected.
Dr. Fuller continues serving on TMA’s governing body after having previously chaired the association’s Council on Socioeconomics. That is one of several leadership roles he has held throughout his 35 years of TMA membership, including serving as chair of the Council on Health Care Quality, and as a member of the Subcommittee on Quality Programs and Clinical Measures. He also served on the Task Force on Health Care Coverage, Value-Based Initiatives Workgroup, and was a district chair of the TMA political action committee, TEXPAC.
A member of the Tarrant County Medical Society, he was also the society’s president and chaired its board of trustees. He also represents the county society in the TMA House of Delegates policymaking body and is a member of the Texas Delegation to the American Medical Association House of Delegates.
