Update any postings you may have on your website. Effective Jan. 1, 2022, health plans are requiring physicians to attest to the accuracy of their directory information every 90 days. That’s because new federal legislation requires health plans to verify and update their directories every 90 days and remove physicians and other practitioners whose information they are unable to verify.
