Curriculum

Instruction consists of lecture, interactive workshops, small group discussion, assigned reading, and case presentation.

Prior to Leadership Boot Camp, scholars will complete a personal leadership assessment to identify existing skills and opportunities for growth. Assessments also will serve as a starting point for discussions about communication styles, collaborative team building, and cultivating loyalty and influence.

In addition to classroom learning, scholars are required to complete an individual project and may be required to participate in webinars, conference calls, or other distance-learning activities.

Scholars may earn accredited CME through participation in the college. Additional CME opportunities are available at related conferences such as TMA Fall Conference and TexMed.
