Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Attestation Deadline for 2016 Participation
Physicians who are participating in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program must attest to meeting 2016 meaningful use with their EHR no later than May 15, 2017, to receive the incentive or avoid the penalty on eligible Medicare Part B charges in 2018.

2016 was the last year to begin participating in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. If you miss the May 15, 2017, attestation deadline, you will not be eligible to receive the 2018 Medicaid incentive.
