TMA Winter Conference Upgrades Its Virtual Game

Join your fellow Texas physician leaders at TMA Winter Conference Jan. 28-29, which will be virtual-only and feature key platform upgrades, including one-on-one video chats with colleagues.

Register today. The event is free for TMA members.

The conference kicks off Friday with a tour of the virtual event platform. Visit all facets of the online conference – including the Expo Hall, Networking Lounge, CME rooms, and event lobby – while collecting hidden conference icons. Be the first to collect all the icons and receive a one-year subscription to the Headspace: Mindful Meditation app.

New this year: Attendees will be able to videoconference one-on-one with other physicians within the platform. Stop by the Networking Lounge to catch up with friends and collaborate on issues in real time. Just select the video option after you start a chat.

Pro tip: Treat the virtual platform like an in-person event. Pour yourself a cup of coffee and swing by the Networking Lounge multiple times to see more of your colleagues.

You can also connect directly with conference sponsors and exhibitors using the one-on-one video chat feature. Take advantage of 10-minute calls to learn more about the benefits and services provided by our event sponsors.

On Saturday, play a word scramble game by interacting with each sponsor in the Expo Hall. Check the leaderboard for details. The Expo Hall is open Jan. 28 from 11 am to 2 pm, and on Jan. 29 from 8 am to 1 pm.

Pro Tip: Update your conference attendee profile to streamline your networking and encourage engagement after the conference is over.

Check out TMA’s website for all the information on Winter Conference. For help completing your registration, contact the TMA Knowledge Center at (800) 880-7955 or email.

Conference sponsors are Texas Medical Liability Trust, TMA Insurance Trust, Humana, Kelsey-Seybold Clinics, Texas Health Steps, VivoDoc, and Nomi Health.
