Angie Donahue and David J. Donahue, MD, are annual sponsors of the Texas Medical Association Foundation (TMAF) gala because they know their gift, along with those of others, will help build a healthier Texas.
Held each year during TMA’s largest annual conference, TMAF’s gala is a great way to support TMA’s philanthropic arm and the critically needed public health and prevention programs it funds.
This year’s gala, Crossroads of Culture, is scheduled for Friday, April 29, from 6:30 to 10:30 pm during TMA’s TexMed 2022 at Hilton Americas-Houston. Unwind after a long day by visiting with colleagues over dinner, great music, drinks, and both live and silent auctions.
“We stand in awe of the accomplishments of TMA and [the TMA Alliance], whose statewide and community programs address the health and well-being of all Texans,” Dr. and Mrs. Donahue (pictured above) said. “This would not be possible without the funding of the TMA Foundation, who successfully partners with corporate, community, and Family of Medicine donors to bring these innovative and creative programs to every part of the state.”
The auctions will offer more than 50 items featuring jewelry, artwork, and weekend vacation stays around the state. Online bidding begins Friday, April 22, and will close the night of the event on Friday, April 29.
Individual gala tickets are $275 each, and VIP tickets are $325 each. Tables for individuals start at $2,500. Don’t wait! Individual ticket prices increase $25 starting this Saturday, April 16. Tickets are available for purchase until noon on Thursday, April 28.
