260.068 Bioterrorism Education


Bioterrorism Education: As future acts of bioterrorism are quite likely if not inevitable, early recognition of bioterrorism is essential to minimize associated morbidity and mortality, and the Texas Medical Association strongly encourages physicians to review the clinical presentations of likely agents on a routine basis as part of their continuing professional education, and understand their role in the response (CM-EMS Rep. 2-A-02; amended CSPH Rep. 3-A-12).
