- Manages medical student and resident physician loan programs.
- Manages various student, resident, and young physician scholarships.
- Manages Ernest and Sarah Butler Awards for Excellence in Science Teaching.
- Manages The Physicians Benevolent Fund (PBF), PBF Wellness Fund, and PBF Disaster Relief.

Technology Information Systems
- Provides administrative and financial data-processing services for TMA.
- Coordinates the development and implementation of a long-term office automation strategy for the association.

Membership Operations and Business Intelligence
- Maintains member files, including application processing, annual dues billing, and updating of biographical records.

- Processes requests for computer-generated mailing lists sold by the association.
