Implied AND for all searches
Typing Medical Ethics is the same as typing Medical and
Ethics in the Search Textbox. This will return all content
that contains the word Medical and the word Ethics.
Using OR between words
Typing Medical or Ethics in the Search Textbox will
return all content that contains the word Medical or the word
Ethics.
Exact phrase matches
Enclose search phrases in double quotes if you are looking for an
exact phrase.
e.g. "directive to physicians" or "business planning"
Noise Words
There are some noise words that will be ignored in your search. If
you try to search for Texas, the search will not return any results
because Texas has been added as a noise word to the search. If
Texas was not a noise word, the search would return thousands of
references to Texas.
