2012 Gala Chairs
Dr. Walter Mrs. Candy Evans, and Dr. Deborah Fuller and Mr. Kevin Broadway, all of Dallas, are co-chairs of Texas Medical Association (TMA) Foundation’s 19th annual gala.

Tables and Tickets Available!
Individual tickets are $175 each, or $225 for access to the VIP Reception from 6-7 pm and additional recognition. Nine sponsorship levels for tables of eight are available ranging from the Torchbearer Sponsor level at $1,500 to the Host City Patron at $30,000.
