Do patients and research participants have a right to their own data?

That question, as well as the controversy over the return of results and access to data, will be discussed Tuesday during a public lecture hosted by the Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth.

Texas physicians are invited to the lecture, which will be led by health care law scholar Susan M. Wolf, the McKnight Presidential Professor of Law, Medicine, and Public Policy at the University of Minnesota and a Hagler Institute Distinguished Lecturer in Law at Texas A&M.

It is scheduled for 6 pm Tuesday, Feb. 4, at the Texas A&M School of Law, 1515 Commerce St. in Fort Worth. An opening reception is scheduled for 5:30 pm.

Find more information and RSVP on the law school’s website.
