TMA is going GREEN. Therapy Pet Pals of Texas brings a number of dogs whose job it is to share their love with institutionalized individuals who are deprived of the very special and unconditional love that animals can give. This is your company's opportunity to have pertinent product/service information printed on one-side of a table tent positioned on each table in the Grand Pavilion where multiple events will take place during TexMed 2015.  

 Expo Bingo —  $750 plus donated prize     Order Form
Physicians LOVE playing Expo Bingo. TMA members visit the booths listed on the bingo card provided in each conference bag, receiving a stamp from at least six of the participating exhibitors. Once the bingo card is completed, the doctor will drop it in a raffle bin, located in the Fun Zone, entering for a chance to win one of the special grand prizes and donated prizes given away during Expo Hall hours on both Friday and Saturday. Include your company logo on the bingo card and experience a high-volume of traffic in your booth.

Tote Bag Inserts — $750   Order Form
Reach TexMed attendees when they pick up their conference bags, which include their program and event materials for the weekend. Include a specialty item (e.g., logo pen, notepad, magnet, or small tchotchke) or a standard item (e.g., flyer, postcard, or brochure) in the conference tote bags that every attendee picks up on site. Include your booth number on your item and invite them to stop by to hear about your service or product.

Banner Ad on TexMed Website — $500 Order Form
The TexMed Show Website (www.texmed.org/texmed) is the No. 1 source of information and registration for TexMed and therefore the ideal space to promote your booth location and highlight products and services in the months leading up to the event. Ads will run from the time they are received through the end of the show. Provide us with your company website, and we will link your ad directly to your company homepage. Not only are you promoting your presence at TexMed with this opportunity, you are also increasing traffic to your company website.

Your company contact information and a representative's, address, phone #, email and web address will be available on an Exhibitor List for attendees to search and get in touch with you before and after the conference dates.

Provide your company product/service description to be listed in the onsite program.  Attendees will be able to find you and your solutions easily.

QR Code Listing — $100    Order Form
Provide your company’s URL – QR Code to be included in the On-site Program with your company listing.  Physician attendees will be able to scan your QR Code from the On-site Program and connect to your web site or splash page you have created to find out everything they want to know about your company’s solutions to their practice needs.
