Sunset Commission Update

The Sunset Commission has issued decisions on the following agencies: 

Decisions on the continuation of the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, The Texas State Board of Pharmacy, and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists are being postponed until all health and mental health licensing agencies have been reviewed. There has been some suggestion that consolidation of some of these agencies would also be beneficial.
