The Texas Medical Association Insurance Trust  Board of Trustees has named James W. Prescott administrator of the trust and president of TMAIT Financial Services, Inc. (TFSI).

Created and exclusively endorsed by the Texas Medical Association (TMA) in 1955, the TMA Insurance Trust helps physicians, their families, and their employees get the insurance coverage they need.

In his new position, Mr. Prescott will oversee and direct the operations of both the trustand TFSI. This includes developing marketing strategies, product research and development, and overseeing new accounts, customer relations, and billing departments.

He replaces Larry G. Stein, who retired in December after 29 years of service as administrator of TMA Insurance Trust and president of TFSI.
