Earn 20 CME Credits for Giving Flu Shots

The American Medical Association seeks office-based physicians to participate in an AMA-developed performance improvement continuing medical education program on influenza immunization. The goal is to  improve the influenza immunization rates for patients aged 50 or older by physicians during influenza season (September-February). Physicians who have already started to immunize their patients against influenza are still eligible.

Physicians participating in this pilot project will receive 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits for completing each stage and up to 20 credits for finishing all three stages in sequence. There is no fee to participate.

If you are interested, email Bridget Gulotta at AMA or phone her at (312) 464-5790.
