Thank you for agreeing to speak at the Texas Medical Association's annual conference, TexMed, scheduled for May 17-18, 2013. We know that preparing for a presentation takes considerable time and thought, so we developed this webpage with tips to help us both succeed in achieving our common goal of providing a positive educational experience for TexMed attendees.
About TexMed
TexMed is the annual meeting of the nearly 45,000-member Texas Medical Association. Not only is TexMed an opportunity for physician leaders across the state to discuss and institute association policy, network and renew old acquaintances, but also to attend cross-specialty continuing medical education programs.
Representatives from 16 Texas specialties work with members of the TMA TexMed Executive Committee to develop CME programming offering AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM, AAFP, and ethics courses to TexMed’s 2,000+ physician attendees.
