In fact, bring your white coat, come a day early, and make your voice heard on Thursday, April 30, for TexMed 2009's Lobby Day at the Texas Capitol. TMA is taking professional portraits at TexMed 2009 in Austin, free of charge. Your portrait will be added to TMA's database for use in TMA's and your county medical society's member directories – and in public relations communications, such as press releases. RCL Portrait Design, the nation's leading executive portrait studio, has worked with more than 600 professional organizations and photographed more than 125,000 professionals. A professional portrait photographer will photograph you in several poses. You will then be able to choose your picture for the online directory. You can purchase additional portraits if you would like, but there is no obligation or pressure to buy.
For professional quality and best presentation, appropriate dress is suggested: for women, a suit jacket or long-sleeved blouse; and for men, a dark jacket and tie.
