TexMed 2009 will be held at the Austin Convention Center. Our host hotel is the Hilton Austin, which is conveniently located across the street from the convention center. Additionally, we have secured a small block of rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) is located in southeast Austin and is serviced by most major air carriers including:

- Cab fare from ABIA to the Hilton Austin and Four Season Hotels averages $25.
- SuperShuttle provides regularly scheduled shuttle service from ABIA to downtown hotels 24 hours a day. The cost is $12 per person one way or $21 round trip (prices are subject to change). The SuperShuttle ticket counter is located just past baggage carousel No. 1. On average, the wait time for a shuttle is 15-20 minutes.

Accessibility
