The new "Weigh What Matters" app is part of AMA's Healthier Life Steps™ initiative. Patients can make daily entries to track their weight, diet, and exercise as they work toward goals they have established with their physicians.
The new app compliments the Healthier Life Steps Physician Toolkit that TMA cobranded with AMA two years ago.
The comprehensive toolkit offers simple, easy-to-use resources for physicians and their patients for making positive, coordinated lifestyle changes. It focuses on healthy eating, increasing physical activity, quitting smoking, and reducing risky drinking.
