Media Relations Tools

TMA provides sample materials to alert the media about your event. If you create your own materials, TMA must approve them before distribution to ensure the Hard Hats for Little Heads program is properly credited.

If the media covers your event, TMA asks you to send a copy of the coverage to the TMA outreach coordinator. Fax to (512) 370-1693 or mail to Texas Medical Association, 401 W. 15th St., Austin, TX 78701.
