Your Speakers
Donna Kinney, CPA, is the director of research and regulatory advocacy in TMA's Division of Medical Economics. She is TMA's in-house expert on relative value units, fee schedules, and capitation. She develops TMA's responses to various regulatory actions, conducts studies on internal costs in physician offices, and annually updates her studies on the physician liability climate in Texas. Experience from these activities led Donna to develop information and publications to inform physicians about regulatory or payment policy changes, and she continues to use data analysis and research to support physicians' interest in key Texas legislative issues. Ms. Kinney holds a BBA in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
Erin Gregorcyk, CPC, is a TMA reimbursement specialist in the Payment Advocacy Department, specializing in Medicare. She also assists physician practices with issues affecting payment, through the TMA Hassle Factor Log Program and regular meetings with insurance carriers. She has experience in physician office education and training physicians and staff in correct coding/billing practices. Ms.Gregorcyk has also served as a member of TrailBlazer's Provider Outreach and Education-Advisory Group and is an active member of the American Academy of Professional Coders.

The Texas Medical Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The TMA designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1 hour of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
