Electronic billing for workers' compensation claims will be the subject of a Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers' Compensation (TDI-DWC) stakeholder meeting from 1 to 4 pm CT on Monday, Aug. 25. The meeting will be in the Tippy Foster Room at the division's central office at 7551 Metro Center Drive, Suite 100, in Austin.
TDI-DWC will broadcast the audio of the meeting via the Internet and teleconference for stakeholders who are unable to attend in person.
To listen online, log on to the TDI-DWC Public Outreach Events /Training Calendar and then click on the "Broadcast" link. Media Player 7 (or newer version) or RealPlayer 10 (or newer version) is required to hear the audio stream. Audio streaming will begin approximately five minutes before the stakeholder meeting begins. To participate in the teleconference, call (888) 489-2667 and enter access code 9278155. The teleconference is limited to the first 125 callers.
