TMA's contract with KLAS, which gives members free access to compare more than 500 technology products from 300 vendors, expires Feb. 28. If you participate in KLAS, you will still have free access for one full year.
Whether you are looking to buy a new practice management system or researching EMR options, KLAS gives you independent monitoring of vendor performance. KLAS continually refreshes its data base with information provided by various health care professionals.
Participation in the KLAS evaluation is an easy two-step process:
1. Confidentially share your experiences by completing a 40-question survey. Instructions for immediate access to KLAS ONLINE will be provided upon completion of the survey.
2. A KLAS researcher will contact you within one to two weeks to verify your responses with a brief phone conversation.
Once you have completed the 40-question survey, you will immediately receive log-in instructions allowing access to KLAS ONLINE. Participants receive a year-long subscription to KLAS ONLINE which includes summary ratings in areas of performance such as:
· Sales
· Contracting
· Implementation, training, and support
· Commentary from product users
· Performance trends, and
· Top 20 report summaries
