A 24-hour Hotline is available (800) 880-1640 where anyone can call to report a physician they believe may be impaired. All calls are confidential. Telephone calls are generally returned the same business day, but occasionally may be returned a few days later, and always at the convenience of the caller if a preferred time are specified.
