Job seekers can search targeted, updated job postings for free; post résumés — confidentially, if desired; review job postings (listed by specialty or locations) and respond online; and receive e-mailed “Job Alerts” as new jobs are posted. Employers can post jobs for a nominal fee and target their searches to medical professionals, review the résumé database with a paid job posting, receive candidate responses immediately online, and sign up for e-mailed “Résumé Alerts” when résumés meeting their criteria are posted.
