Unit Can Help Resolve UnitedHealthcare Claims

UnitedHealthcare has opened a Provider Central Service Unit devoted to resolving problem claims for which standard avenues of resolution have been unsuccessful.

The insurance company encourages network physicians who have an issue with a claim payment to turn first to United Healthcare Online or the toll-free physician service line at (877) 842-3210 to solve the problem. If the disagreement persists, then contact the new service unit at (800) 521-2603.
