Online Banner Ads: Specifications and Rates

  1. Download the banner ad insertion order form.
  2. Fill out the order form.
  3. E-mail it to Kathy Whatley, Advertising and Exhibit Sales Manager.

Technical Specifications

 Dimensions:  125 (wide) pixels x 125 (high) pixels
 Size: 30K maximum
 Color: Paletized to Web palette
 Functionality:  A specific URL (i.e., www.texmed.org), must accompany each ad.  Java, Shockwave, Flash or animated ads are not permitted.
 Delivery: All ads should be formatted as GIF or JPEG files and sent, via e-mail, to kathy.whatley@texmed.org. Space reservations are required two weeks prior to insertion/start date.  Materials are due one week prior to insertion/start date.
