medical education opportunities.
addition, the Weigh What Matters app
helps patients track their weight, diet, and exercise — and even calculate
their body mass index score — as they work toward their goals. The app also
allows patients to view and email progress reports to their doctor.
Healthier Life Steps program materials are free for physicians and patients, courtesy of
