This 16-page bioterrorism toolkit will be mailed to all members in a bundle with the January issue of Texas Medicine . Produced by the TMA Bioterrorism Task Force, the toolkit includes physician protocols on the diagnosis, reporting, etiology, and management of anthrax, botulism, smallpox, and plague, and one-page reproducible patient handouts on each of those diseases. Also included is the American Medical Association's "Quick Reference Guide to Biological Warfare."
