Fast Facts
- Physicians serving on TMA councils and committees are asked to review and approve CME-accredited courses, with final oversight by the Council on Practice Management Services.
- More than 40 seminars [about 5 topics] are offered each year throughout the state. Our most successful programs deal with regulatory compliance, legal, and reimbursement issues.
- Approximately 75% of seminar participants are non-physicians. These include primarily 1) office managers/administrators, 2) coding personnel, 3) billing/collection staff, 4) front-office staff and, 5) certified medical assistants.
These opportunities allow you to increase your visibility and impact to TMA member physicians, practice administrators, and end users of the products and services you provide.
