Health Tips

TMA Health Tips are news releases that TMA issues about important public health topics. The tips are distributed to newspapers, radio stations, television stations, and employee publications.

Topics have included the importance of immunizations, the dangers of fad diets, increasing HIV infection rates among minority populations, and tips on how to avoid skin cancer by protecting yourself from the sun's harmful rays. TMA Health Tips also are available in Spanish for Spanish-language media.
